The challenge
Docusign wants a globally inclusive culture that lives its value of Unity. Its e-learning gave people a shared understanding of what that means, but understanding is only the start. The next step was getting teams in every region to talk about it.
The approach
I built the campaign around real voices. Docusign employees were interviewed about inclusion, allyship, bias at work and fostering a global mindset, and those interviews became a series of short videos. Alongside them, I designed Let's Talk About It, a playbook that takes managers through each conversation: a topic, a video, discussion prompts and tips for facilitating.
The result
A ready-made conversation kit that any manager, in any region, can use to start talking about inclusion with their team.
